Fruit Bruschetta

Ingredients

  1. 6 Rhodes Warm-N-Serv™ Crusty Rolls, thawed
  2. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. fresh diced, strawberries, pineapple & kiwi
  6. 1/2 cup sour cream
  7. 2 tablespoons honey
  8. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  9. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Slice crusty rolls into 1/2-inch thick slices.

  2. Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.

  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over slices.

  4. Bake at 400°F 5-10 minutes or until edges are toasted.

  5. Set aside to cool.

  6. Place strawberries, pineapple and kiwi in a bowl and toss gently to combine.

  7. Place about 1 tablespoon fruit mixture on top of each toasted roll slice.

  8. Combine sour cream, honey, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.

  9. Drizzle over fruit.
