Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes™ Dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
  2. 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  3. 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  4. ½ cup brown sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  6. Icing:
  7. 1 cup powdered sugar
  8. 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  9. 1-2 tablespoons milk
  10. ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cut each dinner roll into 6 equal pieces.

  2. In a bowl, combine butter and corn syrup and stir until well mixed.

  3. In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon and mix well.

  4. Dip 6 roll pieces at a time in the butter mixture and then in the sugar mixture.

  5. Place 6 pieces in each well sprayed cup of a 12 cup muffin tin.

  6. Repeat with remaining roll pieces.

  7. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let double in size.

  8. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes.

  9. Cool 3-4 minutes before removing from pan.

  10. Combine icing ingredients and mix well.

  11. Drizzle over monkey breads if desired.
