Ingredients

  1. 1 loaf Rhodes™ frozen bread dough, thawed
  2. 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  4. 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  5. 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. On a lightly floured surface roll dough into a 8x12-inch rectangle.

  2. In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon; stir.

  3. Sprinkle dough with the sugar cinnamon mixture.

  4. Roll up tightly, starting with the long end.

  5. Cut into 12 pieces.

  6. Place in a 9x13-inch pan.

  7. Heat (until boiling) together 1 cup brown sugar, ice cream, and butter.

  8. Pour caramel over rolls.

  9. Allow rolls to raise for 1 hour or until double in size.

  10. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.

  11. Remove immediately from pan.
