Ingredients

Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed but still cold
1 egg, beaten
favorite sandwich fillings

Instructions

Combine 2 rolls and flatten into a square with rounded corners. Top of square should be slightly wider than bottom. With a kinfe, cut one triangle out of the top of the rounded square and 2 smaller triangles out of the bottom. This will form an apple. Place apple on a sprayed baking sheet. Shape cut out triangles into a stem and a leaf. Cut a slit in the center of the leaf. Place stem and leaf at the top of the apple.
Brush apple with beaten egg and allow to rise 30-45 minutes. Bake at 350° F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool then slice and fill with your favorite sandwich fillings.
