Ingredients
8 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls or 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups chopped onion
8 ounce can chopped green chiles
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Spray board or counter with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls together and roll into a 13x15-inch rectangle. Melt butter in skillet and saute onions until soft and clear. Remove from heat and add green chiles. Spread mixture over dough and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up lengthwise, jelly roll style. Slice dough into 12 equal pieces and place in a sprayed 9x13-inch pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
