12 Rhodes Texas™ rolls, thawed but still cold
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
16 ounce can refried beans
1 2/3 cups mild salsa
1 cup sliced olives
1 cup crushed taco-flavored tortilla chips
3/4 cup mild enchilada sauce
2 cups grated colby/jack cheese
Flatten each roll into a 5-inch circle. Place circles on two sprayed baking sheets.
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning accordingly to the direction on the packet. Mix ground beef mixture, beans and salsa together.
Spread on circles and add olives. Toss chips with enchilada sauce and spoon onto pizzas. Top each pizza with grated cheese.
Bake at 350°F 20 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
