Reuben Pizza

Ingredients

  1. 6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls or 9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, or 1 loaf of Rhodes™ Bread
  2. 1 cup sliced onion
  3. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  4. 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  5. 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
  6. 8 ounces thinly sliced corned beef
  7. 1 cup sauerkraut, drained

Instructions

  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Knead dough together into a ball.

  3. Roll to a 13 inch circle.

  4. Place in a 12 inch sprayed pizza pan.

  5. Poke several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming and pre-bake at 400°F 10 minutes.

  6. Saute onion in butter.

  7. Set aside.

  8. Spread pre-baked crust with dressing.

  9. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.

  10. Cover with meat slices, cooked onion, sauerkraut and remaining cheese.

  11. Bake at 400°F 10-15 minutes.
