Pepperoni Rolls

Bread and spicy meat make these rolls a favorite base for an easy meal. Just add a vegetable and you've got a complete dinner.

Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls or 1 loaf Rhodes™ White Bread Dough, thawed to room temperature
  2. 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
  3. 1 teaspoon oregano
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil
  5. 4 ounces pepperoni
  6. 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  7. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray board or counter with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Roll combined rolls or loaf into 12x16-inch rectangle.

  3. Spread sauce over dough and sprinkle with oregano and basil.

  4. Top with pepperoni and cheese.

  5. Starting with long side, roll up jelly-roll style.

  6. Cut into 12 rolls.

  7. Place in a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan.

  8. Sprinkle rolls with Parmesan cheese.

  9. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap.

  10. Let rise until double in size.

  11. Remove wrap.

  12. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.

  13. Serve warm.
