1 Loaf Rhodes™ Bread Dough or 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Roll loaf or combined dinner rolls into a 12x16 rectangle. Brush dough with melted butter. Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup butter and corn syrup in a small saucepan and melt until sugar dissolves. Spread evenly over dough. Combine chocolate chips, 1/3 cup brown sugar and pecans and spread over dough. Roll up jelly roll style, starting with a 16-inch side. With sharp serrated knife cut into 12 pieces. Place in a 9x13-inch sprayed pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes.
