Coconut Pecan Caramel Rolls

This is so easy because it is made with anytime rolls and you don't have to wait for anything to rise.

1 package Rhodes Anytime!™ Caramel or Cinnamon Rolls (6 rolls come in their own pan)
1 caramel packet (included with rolls)
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans

If using Anytime! Cinnamon Rolls use below for caramel
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons water
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Combine and spread evenly in bottom of pan. Follow recipe for Coconut Pecan Caramel Rolls.


Microwave caramel packet on high for 20 seconds (or thaw in hot water). Squeeze softened caramel into bottom of pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Return frozen rolls to pan, arranging evenly on top of caramel, coconut and pecans.

Put pan on a baking sheet and place in center of cold oven, then turn oven on to 350°F. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately invert onto serving platter. Spoon any caramel, coconut or pecans left in pan over rolls.
