4 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed and risen
1 tablespoon olive oil
Italian herbs
pizza toppings as desired:
red or yellow bell peppers, sausage, onion, tomatoes, grated cheese, etc
Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into an 8 inch circle. Brush lightly with oil. Place on grill and cook on medium-low temperature 4-5 minutes. Turn crust over. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Add toppings. Close grill or cover pizza with foil. Grill until cheese has melted and dough is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
