Pita Bread


Make your own bread pockets for your favorite sandwich fillings and impress your friends.

Ingredients:

Rhodes™ Bread Dough, thawed and risen


Directions:

Divide loaf into 6 sections and roll into balls. Use a little flour to prevent sticking. Roll each ball into a 6-inch circle. Place on 2 sprayed baking sheets. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 450°F 5 minutes or until dough is puffed and softly set. Watch carefully. If bread is not puffy, use a knife or fingers to open and form a pocket. Serve with your favorite sandwich fillings.
