2 loaves Rhodes™ Bread Dough, thawed but still cold
2 raisins
1 egg, beaten
Using a rolling pin, form one loaf of bread dough into a moose head shape. Place on a large sprayed cookie sheet. Clip mouth and shaggy chin hairs with scissors.
Using a knife, cut other loaf in half. With one half, roll dough into a slight boomerang shape and cut out antlers. Place on top of head.
Using a scrap of dough, form a diamond shape for the ear and fold it over. Place at back of head and under antlers.
With remaining half of loaf, roll out a misshaped rectangle for a neck and place under shaggy hairs. Press raisins together and place on head for eye.
Brush with egg and cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Allow to rise for 1/2 hour. Remove wrap and depress nostril just before baking. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
