Hamburger and Hot Dog Buns

Ingredients:

6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed but still cold
flour


Directions:

Hamburger Buns

Dip each roll in flour and flatten into a 4-inch circle. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes.

Hot Dog Buns

Roll each roll into a 5x2-inch bun. Dust with flour. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes.
