Keep Frozen Until Ready to Bake
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Place desired number of baguettes on ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until light golden brown

May be reheated in a 350°F oven 3-4 minutes or in a microwave 15-20 seconds

If oven is in use at other temperatures, use these bake times:
350°F 18-20 minutes
375°F 16-18 minutes
400°F 14-16 minutes

For Softer Crust: Brush with melted butter or margarine before baking.
For Crispy Crust: Brush with water before baking.
For Convection Oven: Reduce baking time by 2 minutes.
Unbleached enriched white flour (wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate or reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) water, yeast, salt, malt, ascorbic acid, butter, nonfat dried milk.
