French Crusty Rolls
These rolls are a symphony of crunchy crust and soft, moist center combined to make the perfect roll. Rhodes™ Warm-N-Serv™ French Crusty Rolls are ready in minutes. These artisan rolls make an excellent side for your dinner, or use them as buns for your French Dip sandwiches. French Crusty Rolls are available in 6-count bags.
Preheat oven to 425°F
Place desired number of rolls on ungreased baking sheet
Bake 8 to 12 minutes, or until light golden brown
If oven is in use at other temperatures, use these bake time:
350°F 14-18 minutes
375°F 12-16 minutes
400°F 10-14 minutes
For Softer Crust: Brush with melted butter or margarine before baking
For Crispy Crust: Brush with water before baking
For Convection Oven: Reduce baking time by 2 minutes
May be reheated in a 350°F oven 3-4 minutes or in a microwave 15-20 seconds
Unbleached enriched white flour (wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate or reduced iron, thiamin mono nitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, salt, malt, yeast, ascorbic acid, butter, nonfat dried milk.
