Multi-Grain Rolls

Description:

9 Multi-Grain Rolls made with sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and millet. Ready in just minutes!

Ingredients:
Stone ground whole wheat flour, unbleached enriched white flour (wheat flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate or reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, granulated sugar, sunflower seed kernels, flax seeds, yeast, canola and/or soybean oil, wheat gluten, ground flax, millet, salt
CONTAINS: WHEAT, SOY
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove frozen pan of rolls from bag. Remove plastic dome and place uncovered rolls in oven.
Bake 12-15 minutes.

If you wish to thaw rolls before heating, reduce oven warming time to 7-10 minutes.
