Rhodes Sweet Dough is a versatile product that can be used in many of your favorite recipes.

Thawing and Rising
Place frozen sweet dough on a greased cookie sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Thaw for 2-3 hours until dough is warm and pliable. Dough may also be thawed in the refrigerator overnight in the original bag or plastic wrap. It may be left in the refrigerator up to 24 hours.
Use sweet dough to bake a recipe on this package or use in your own sweet dough recipe. You may be very creative with this product!

Baking Bread
Sweet dough may be baked in a standard loaf pan (81/2” x 41/2” x 21/2”) or large cookie sheet, depending on your recipe.
Coat pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough in pan and cover with plastic wrap coated with non-stick spray. Let rise 1” above top of loaf pan or until double in size (2-4 hours depending on room temperature).
Remove plastic wrap and bake in preheated 350°F oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
