Regular Method
4 to 5 hours
1. Begin- Coat a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen dough in pan, and cover with plastic wrap coated with cooking spray. Allow frosting packets to thaw at room temperature.
2. Rise- Let rolls rise for 4 to 5 hours, until double in size. Actual time depends on the temperature of your kitchen.
3. Bake- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Carefully remove the plastic wrap. Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes, until light brown. Do not over bake!
4. Frost- Knead the frosting packets gently before opening. Spread frosting over rolls while they are still warm.

Quickest
1 1/2 to 2 hours
1. Place 3 frozen rolls on a plate and microwave on high for 25 seconds. Turn rolls over and microwave on high for another 25 seconds. Coat pan with non-stick cooking spray and place rolls in pan. Set frosting packets aside to thaw.
2. Cover rolls with plastic wrap coated with cooking spray. Preheat regular electric oven to 175°F, then turn oven off. Put rolls in oven, let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until double in size. Carefully remove pan.
3. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Carefully remove the plastic wrap. Bake rolls 15-20 minutes, until light brown. Do not over bake!
