Regular Method
4 to 5 hours
1. Begin- Coat a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen dough in pan, and cover with plastic wrap coated with cooking spray. Allow frosting packets to thaw at room temperature.

2. Rise- Let rolls rise for 3 to 5 hours, until double in size. Actual time depends on the temperature of your kitchen.

3. Bake- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Carefully remove the plastic wrap. Bake rolls 15 to 20 minutes, until light brown. Do not over bake!

4. Frost- Knead the frosting packets gently before opening. Spread frosting over rolls while they are still warm.

Quickest
1 1/2 to 2 hours
1. Place 6 frozen rolls on a plate and microwave on high for 25 seconds. Turn rolls over and microwave on high for another 25 seconds. Coat pan with non-stick cooking spray and place rolls in pan. Set frosting packets aside to thaw.

2. Cover rolls with plastic wrap coated with cooking spray. Preheat regular electric oven to 175F, then turn oven off. Put rolls in oven, let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until double in size. Carefully remove pan.

3. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Carefully remove the plastic wrap. Bake rolls 15-20 minutes, until light brown. Do not overbake!

Microwave
2 to 2 1/2 hours
