Directions:

THAWING DOUGH

Let dough thaw (covered with plastic wrap coated with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to dough) for 2 to 4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator. Actual time depends on the temperature of your kitchen. Remove from refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes before you are ready to shape dough. Carefully remove the plastic wrap.

BAKING BREAD

Sweet dough may be baked in a standard loaf pan (8 ½" x 4 ½" x 2 ½") or large cookie sheet, depending on your recipe. Coat pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough in pan and cover with plastic wrap coated with non-stick spray. Let rise 1" above top of loaf pan or until double in size (2-4 hours depending on room temperature). Remove plastic wrap and bake in preheated 350F oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
