Hi, I'm Rachel from Yellow Tennessee. I am not a baker. That doesn't stop me from trying and every so often I manage to pull something off. But to be honest, I usually rely on pre-made items to help me make meals great. Rhodes frozen dinner rolls are the perfect starting point for many of our favorite recipes. You can find Rhodes dinner rolls or bread in not only white bread but also whole wheat, and even cracked wheat. Rhodes Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast! So Easy and so Good! I decided to go with breakfast. What I love most about these is I can make up a huge batch and freeze them. They are prefect to throw in the oven for those busy mornings when we still want a good breakfast. You will need one pound of sausage, 8 eggs, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, and of course 12 of the Rhodes Dinner Rolls.Rhodes Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown your sausage, drain the grease, and set aside. Crack eggs into a bowl or measuring cup and beat until well blended.Rhodes Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Scramble your eggs and just before they are finished add your shredded cheese. Rhodes Breakfast Take one of your Rhodes Dinner Rolls and flatten into about a 6 inch circle. Layer sausage and your egg and cheese mixture. Then fold the roll over pinching the seams to keep all your goodies inside.RHodes Susage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Place seam side down on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Rhodes Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast! So Easy with Rhodes Rolls. You can freeze any extras before baking for up to 3 months. Make sure to wrap well to prevent freezer burn. Or you may be like us and gobble them all up leaving no leftovers.
