Braided S'more Bread
I don’t know if anyone likes S’mores more than me!
When I read this recipe I was thinking why not just make a traditional S’more… OH MY HECK! Because this recipe is amazing! Graham Crackers, Chocolate, Sweetened Condensed Milk and Marshmallows, SERIOUSLY listen to those ingredients!
My 6 year old Marlie asked if we could go camping. She said she wouldn’t even care if she was cold… Honestly it's for the S’mores. We decided to have a little fun for Family Night and have an indoor Camping Adventure.
Here is what you’ll need:
12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
¼ cup melted butter
1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed
2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, divided
½ can sweetened condensed milk, divided
Approximately 1 cup marshmallow crème
Combine rolls and roll out into a 12x16 inch rectangle. (I used a loaf of Rhodes frozen Bread dough, because I had it on hand).

I like to use a ruler and pre-mark my dough. This will keep your lines straight when you are ready to cut and braid!

Mix melted butter and graham crackers together.

Spread crushed graham crackers, length wise, down the middle of the rectangle.

Sprinkle about ½ cup of the chocolate chips on top of the graham crackers. I used Milk Chocolate. We are MILK Chocolate lovers!
Next drizzle ¼ of the can of sweetened condensed milk over the top. Then spread three scoops of the marshmallow crème, about one cup, over
everything.

Make 1 ½ inch wide cuts along both long sides of the rectangle. I like to use a pizza cutter.

Begin braid by folding top and bottom strips toward filling. Then braid strips left over right, and right over left. Finish by pulling last strip over and tucking under braid.

Carefully lift braid with both hands onto sprayed baking sheet. (I suggest lining the pan with a piece of parchment paper or foil) Drizzle another ¼ can of sweetened condensed milk over the top of the braid and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips over the top.

Bake at 350º 20 minutes.

My kids ate their S’more bread in the tent…then asked for S’MORE!
