English muffins are one of my favorite breakfast foods. So, when I saw this recipe for English muffins on the Rhodes website, I had to give it a try!
These English Muffins were super easy to make and tasted great!
Let's get started!!
Thaw out as many Rhodes dinner rolls as you want to make.
Flatten rolls into 3 1/2-inch rounds.
Dip both sides into cornmeal mixed with a little flour.
Place on sprayed baking sheet and cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
Let rolls rise until double in size.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat 2-2/12 minutes on each side.
Let cool compeltely.
To serve, split with serrated knife or two forks.
Toast and serve with your favorite jam or butter.
