Cinnamon Roll Ring
I have always enjoyed a good cinnamon roll, who doesn't though? When I discovered Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls years ago I was in love. They are so easy and super yummy.
Cinnamon rolls aren't just for breakfast though, this delicious treat can be dressed up for other occasions. The cinnamon roll ring is a great example. The cinnamon roll ring is an easy and yummy dessert and is a party favorite. All you need is one package of Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls (12 cinnamon rolls) and two packages of cream cheese frosting (included with the rolls). Place all 12 rolls on a baking sheet . Cover with plastic wrap and let thaw for 1 hour. Tip- lay the plastic wrap over the pan lightly. Spray with non-stick cooking spray then flip the plastic wrap over the rolls so the non-stick cooking spray side is on the bottom. This will keep the plastic wrap from sticking.
Take off the plastic wrap and arrange the cinnamon rolls in a 9 inch ring overlapping each other. Tip- lining your pan with parchment paper will keep the rolls from sticking to the pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Heat the cream cheese frosting in the microwave for 10 seconds. Brush on warm cinnamon rolls. Let cool.
Transfer to serving dish and enjoy!
