Buttery Onion Pull-Apart
Happy October friends!
October? October. Oh’ my goodness. I feel like it was just May, time really does fly ~ regardless of if you’re having fun or not. Luckily for us our summer was FUN ~ HOT but fun.
Now with the cooler weather I feel it’s finally okay to fire up the old oven and start baking again.
I love baking in the fall and winter months, unfortunately I love eating too… . (that’s a whole new blog).
So let’s preheat our oven to 350° and get this savory Buttery Onion Pull~Apart started. This is a SUPER easy recipe that tastes absolutely delicious.
You will need:
24 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
1 Cup chopped sweet onion
½ Cup butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons fresh basil, cut into small pieces
½ Teaspoon garlic salt
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients together, except the rolls.

Dip each roll into the mixture to coat.
Place rolls in a bundt pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour any remaining butter mixture over the rolls.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size or just below the top of the pan.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil the last 15 minutes of baking.
Immediately after baking, invert on to a serving platter.

Seriously, how easy is that? Not only is it beautiful, it smells and tastes so good.Trust me on this one . . . . Y to the UMMY!
Happy baking!

Carrie loves working for Rhodes, so much that it’s where she has been for the past 21 years. She loves being with her family & friends, spending time outdoors riding her bike, working in the yard, celebrating (everything), baking yummy treats and making new friends. Her favorite Rhodes recipe? “That’s easy, making Calzones with my kids, no wait…Butterscotch Bubble Loaf, maybe it’s Homemade Pizza, I really like French Toast Pockets, oh’ my goodness, the Buttery Breadsticks, too many to choose!”
